Quote from the summation of the 2nd Main Breed Show Sires Progeny where Dino was in the Group 1 of Sires (GSDCA National Review, Dec 1988): "This sire continues to present an impressive group. Impressive is their middle size, powerful drive and tight joint connections. Medium eye colour, high withers and firm backs, together with very good fore and hind angulation, make this a most pleasing group. Indeed the angulations of the forehand are better than last year. The slight refinement in some of the males' heads is still evident. With good ears and ear set, the bone is of good strength. Some progeny could be a little richer in pigmentation. The type is very good indeed, as are the proportions. This is a most pleasing group. The best yet from this valued sire. He is certainly the best sire to improve the articulation of the joints."
